I just wanted to send off an email to you letting you know
my perspective of my experience using your product.
I searched the internet looking for a hard to find bumper (reasonably priced) for a Ford F150 Flareside 97-03 as mine had completely rusted through at the hitch step point. I came across your website, called customer service and placed my order. The gentleman who answered my called was pleasant and very helpful. My bumper arrived a couple days earlier than expected and I began the process of removing the old one and installing the new. Being that the chrome face bar was all that I bought, as this was not a complete bumper assembly, I was concerned about the fit with the current OEM mounts, brackets and components as I would have to remove the old chrome face bar and replace it with the new one. All of the bolts were pretty heavily rusted making removal a real kicker. Once we got it off and the face bar removed that is when I was starting to tense up because there is always a level of skepticism when purchasing an aftermarket item. To my delight the bumper component all went perfectly into place without one problem. We mounted it back up and it looks amazing!!! I just wanted to let you know that I was extremely pleased with the install! It also looks well crafted, so I am hoping the lifespan of this bumper will be as good as it was to install.
