At Quality Bumper, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We strive to make your ordering experience with us the best it can be, and we'll work hard to keep you satisfied.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship most in-stock orders within 1 business day from the time of order. Out of stock, special order items, or items drop-shipped by the manufacturer may require additional lead-times for delivery. We will notify you shortly after we receive your order to confirm any drop-ship or special order status, and to provide you with an estimated date of shipment. On in-stock items shipped via UPS, a tracking # will be sent to you by email from UPS
  • Please note that the shipping costs shown on our website are for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous states only.Please contact us for actual shipping charges  for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

  • We  ship 95% of our orders via FedEx. Some orders are shipped from multiple locations, and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order to ensure the fastest possible service.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS

We take every precaution to ensure that your products arrive safely, however if an item is damaged in shipment, please follow the steps below:
  • If you need to return merchandise, please email us or call our office during our regular business hours (8-5, M-F MST) at (888) 321-6689. Please note that any merchandise returned without prior authorization, or for reasons other than defective or damaged shipments may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

    When returning an item to us, please be sure to pack your item carefully in the original packaging your product arrived in to prevent shipping damage, and to ensure that you receive proper credit for your merchandise.

  • If a return is requested for reasons other than shipping damages (ie: customer changes of mind), the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs back to Quality Bumper, and item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, complete with all included parts and materials. Merchandise credit will only be issued to customer following receipt of goods by Quality Bumper.
  • Quality Bumper cannot accept returns on products which are damaged as a result of improper installation or customer abuse.
  • Return requests must be submitted and all returned items received by
    Quality Bumper within 30 days from initial receipt of your item(s).
MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

All parts are covered by the manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties vary, and are included with your products. Please review the information you receive with your products for more information.
